On August 8th, 2016, Logan Guleff was named a winner of James Beard Foundation’s Blended Burger Project.
The honor includes cooking at the historic James Beard House in New York City as part of the official welcome reception on October 16 for the Foundation’s annual Food Conference (October 17-18).
“Being recognized by the prestigious James Beard Foundation is a huge culinary honor,” says Logan. He adds, ”I am grateful for this unique opportunity to bring my blended burger made from mushroom waste and local beef to you. I hope you enjoy it! “
Born and raised in Midtown Memphis, Logan Guleff is a culinary prodigy who is never shy of trying new foods and experimenting with different flavors. He started cooking at 2 years old and has received national attention for his cooking abilities.
