Finding yourself with too much inventory leads to having too much money tied up in dead weight. Carrying the burden of moving inventory between locations can sometimes be too costly as well. Too much dead inventory takes up extremely valuable space.
The last resort is to fire sale your inventory to boil it down. It won't help your business' image if you do it too often and it may not put enough money back into the business to move the needle. Knowing how much inventory you have on hand is key to getting the ball rolling. Having the most accurate information about your inventory will always be the most helpful to avoid the weight and stress that comes with having too much of the wrong stuff on the shelves.
In 2012, I rescued my family's business from $6 million in inventory down to $2.5 million in under 2 years. Utilizing proper inventory management processes and algorithms to rapidly drop the inventory value down while increasing sales and maintaining a $1 million in inventory purchases per month.

How does Super Joe work with me?
My approach is not a one size fits all model, it is customized to your needs and your business. Our first interaction starts with you filling out the short form linked to at the end of this page. Once I receive an email with your application I start my digging process. Reading your answers to see how and if I am able to help you. Once I decide that your application is sufficient I start googling both your company and your competitors' websites and online material. My goal is to gather as much information as I can on your business before I even reach back out to you (generally within 24 hours) to schedule a phone call.
On the phone, we will get to know each other better, and learn more about each other. My goal is to learn as much as possible while making you feel comfortable and confident in your choice to speak with me.
If we both come to the conclusion that there is an opportunity for us to work together. I develop a roadmap for our time together divided up into months. Splitting up the goals you and I would like to accomplish during our time working together.
When we have a contract signed, we waste no time getting to work!
Throughout our time together we have regularly scheduled video calls.
In business, there are known knowns, known unknowns, and unknown unknowns. My goal with the complete package is to not only have regular calls with you but to actually fly out to your business for three days to observe your business operations. This will enable me to clearly see aspects of your business that you may not even be aware of that are occurring and causing other challenges to pop up. Many times there are roots to the challenges that you dealing with stemming from underlying issues. My mission is to observe, document, diagnose, discuss, recommend solutions and later in our coaching sessions develop adjustments for the solutions and squash any challenges that pop up due to solving a different challenge.
